JOb Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible to support implementation, stakeholder engagement, and operations across integrated health delivery projects in Sindh. The role plays a key part in preparing high-quality program briefs, presentations, and knowledge products, coordinating strategic events and engagements, and supporting data transparency and research dissemination in collaboration with global partners.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead the formatting, refinement, and finalization of program briefs, slide decks, and related materials for internal reviews, donor visits, partner engagements, and cross-team learning (core function).
  • Coordinate logistics and documentation for program events, workshops, launches, and stakeholder meetings—ensuring timely preparation, high-quality representation, and systematic follow-up (core function).
  • Support research transparency and global data-sharing efforts by coordinating documentation workflows, access protocols, and communication with international partners (core function).
  • Track and organize knowledge products (e.g., SOPs, case studies, implementation guides), ensuring availability and consistent standards for cross-program use.
  • Liaise with field teams to gather qualitative updates and field insights that inform reporting, adaptive programming, and learning agendas.
  • Maintain a structured repository of approved visuals, testimonials, and summaries for ongoing use in reports and strategic communications.
  • Contribute to the preparation of donor reports and updates by synthesizing program progress, visual material, and indicator-aligned highlights.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Graduate degree in public health, development, social science, communications, or a related field

Required Experience

  • 2–3 years of experience in program coordination, documentation, communications, or research support within donor-funded or public health initiatives
  • Prior experience preparing professional presentation materials and knowledge briefs
  • Familiarity with field-based implementation and challenges in lower-resource settings
  • Exposure to research workflows, data governance, or publication processes is an asset

Required Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel); strong formatting and layout skills essential
  • Familiarity with visual and layout tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) to support clean, professional outputs
  • Excellent written communication and summarization skills
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage concurrent deadlines and track multiple deliverables
  • Attention to formatting, branding consistency, and visual clarity
  • Understanding of ethical documentation and consent-based storytelling
  • Ability to coordinate across diverse teams, take initiative, and problem-solve independently
