JOb Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for supporting the Director, Global HR in developing and implementing effective and efficient HR strategies and policies for the organization and its affiliate offices and to provide guidance and support to the HR team in all Global and affiliate offices.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in developing, implementing, and amendment of effective HR strategies for the organization and its affiliate offices, utilizing knowledge of HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes in collaboration with the Director, Global HR.
  • Collaborate with line managers to communicate HR plans and strategies for recruitment, training and development, performance evaluation, compensation, benefits, health and safety, and employee relations.
  • Facilitate professional development, training, and organizational development activities by designing and directing training programs.
  • Act as the point of contact for employment relations, dealing with grievances, violations and invoking disciplinary action when required.
  • Assist in developing and implementing effective talent management strategies to ensure the retention and growth of high-potential employees.
  • Led the compensation and benefits administration, and payroll process, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations and alignment with industry best practices.
  • Manage global talent acquisition and develop effective onboarding programs to attract and retain high-quality candidates and ensure seamless integration into the organization's culture and values.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate management of HR records and systems for Global and affiliate offices, including developing and implementing effective HR processes and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

 

Principle Challenges

  • Managing a diverse and globally distributed team and maintaining effective communication across different time zones.
  • Ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across different offices while accommodating for local variations.
  • Managing recruitment processes and hiring consultants for global offices while ensuring a high standard of candidate selection.
  • The ability to work effectively across different time zones is highly desirable. As our organization operates globally, collaborating with teams and stakeholders across various locations and time zones is crucial.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Bachelors/Masters Degree in Human Resource Management.

Required Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in Human Resources.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills with excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Experience in end-to-end HR processes, including talent management, recruitment, onboarding, employee development, compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Decision-making ability, diligence and firmness with high ethical standards.
  • Knowledge of best HR practices and HR policies and procedures.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic project management systems and tools.
