JOb Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting participant screening and data collection at health facilities in
Tharparkar, as part of the Integrated TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health Service Delivery project. He/She will
also support health facility staff in organizing and facilitating patient flow, as well as coordinating with community
mobilizers and counselors to ensure smooth service delivery and effective patient engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responsible for accurate and timely data entry at the health facility under the supervision of the
    DFC
  • Create and maintain data and records for all individuals screened at the facility.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of all participant information, including contact details and addresses, recorded in screening forms; promptly correct any discrepancies.
  • Ensure that X-rays at the facility have their data recorded in both the paper-based screening forms
  • Coordinate with facility staff and engage with patients and caregivers to build trust, gather contextual data, and provide basic health education on TB, Asthma, COPD, and Mental Health.
  • Support overall facility-based screening operations and assist other team members as needed.
  • Actively participate in continuous quality improvement activities to enhance the screening process.
  • Attend routine staff meetings, in-service training sessions, and briefings at the facility.
  • Fluency in Sindhi, and Urdu is highly preferred to effectively communicate with patients.
  • Perform additional project-related duties within the health facility as assigned.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Matriculation/Intermediate/Bachelors

Required Experience

  • At least one year of relevant experience

  • Organized and detail-oriented, and problem solver with an elevated level of curiosity and who is an independent thinker

  • Available for local travel as needed
