JOb Purpose

The Monitoring Associate will support the team in conducting field visits, analyzing data, and writing reports, and will contribute to measuring, analyzing, and reporting results according to the program protocols.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities in alignment with monitoring plans.
2. Collect quantitative and qualitative data through observations, interviews, and review of facility-based records.
3. Identify and report gaps or deviations from program plans during field visits.
4.Prepare monitoring reports summarizing field findings and provide actionable recommendations.
5.Perform data triangulation, cross-checks, and validation to identify and prevent leakages
6. Support the development of donor reports and presentations
7. Coordinate with program teams to address monitoring-related challenges promptly.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Health, etc

Required Experience

  • 1-3 Years of experience in Data Analysis, report writing and Field work with a proven track record of contributing to program success.

Required Skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
  • Self-driven and proactive, with a strong team-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effectively engaging with field teams and stakeholders.
  • Dedicated to enhancing public health outcomes and ensuring program accountability.
  • Proficient in Sindhi.
