JOb Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for file and documentation management. This includes printing and photocopying documents, as well as review and accurately entering data and making corrections in the Electronic Medical Records and other data sheets in line with procedures and standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Complete training on activities, procedures and SOPs.
  • Ensure that data is accurate, complete, and appropriately filed by conducting regular reviews.
  • Ensure proper labelling, storage, and organization of files and documents to minimize the risk of loss or deterioration.
  • Perform data entry and make necessary corrections to resolve queries.
  • Ensure that adequate quantities and the correct versions of documents and materials are printed and available for use.
  • Assist in documenting the resolution of data-related queries.
  • Support planning and implementation of refresher training as needed to enhance data quality.
  • Assist with additional tasks as agreed upon with the line manager.
  • Visit camps and other sites as required.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Minimum Intermediate or Bachelors (Preferable) in Social Sciences/Computer Science or other related field
  • Certificate of Information Technology (advantageous)

Required Experience

  • At least 2 to 3 year of relevant experience (working in healthcare or hospital settings will be preferable)
