JOb Purpose

The HR Intern will support key HR functions such as job description development, employee record management, and recruitment coordination, contributing to the overall efficiency of the HR department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with HR team members to create, revise, and maintain job descriptions for a variety of roles across the organization.
  • Organize and update employee records, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with legal and organizational requirements.
  • Support the onboarding process by preparing new hire documentation and ensuring timely submission of all required forms and materials.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document filing, managing correspondence, and handling general clerical tasks.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Enrollment in or completion of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration,, or a related field

Required Experience

  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices
  • Previous internships or part-time roles in HR or administrative support can be beneficial but are often not required c

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • High level of accuracy and strong organizational capabilities
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with basic HR systems or database tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Effective time management and task prioritization skills
  • Flexible and eager to learn in a dynamic, fast-paced setting
  • Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds
