JOb Purpose

The incumbent will work closely with the Program Manager for the Integrated Tuberculosis, Hepatitis-C and Mental Health Service Delivery (ISD) project in rural Sindh. The incumbent will simultaneously support the Primary Investigator of the project in other operational and functional deliverables. S/he will serve as part of the Project, and with a team of Field Supervisors and field staff to ensure the smooth running of program implementation. The overall role will be to provide support in implementation research, coordination, systems strengthening, and development of material, field, and data processes to ensure quality control.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with the M&E Manager and Research Consultant to provide technical guidance for the Implementation Research (IR) component of the ISD program.
  • Supervise the IR component by working with District Coordinators and technical support teams.
  • Offer expertise and review data analysis (both quantitative and qualitative) for the IR component.
  • Schedule and ensure weekly check-ins with the Program Team and Research Consultant to smoothly integrate program operations with IR results.
  • Help develop and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and communication materials.
  • Support the Program Manager to ensure smooth implementation of the Integrated Service Delivery (ISD) program across project areas.
  • Oversee and participate in M&E activities, including planning training events with respective teams
  • Assist in preparing donor reports, project algorithms, presentations, performance tracking, and other documentation as needed.
  • Help the team achieve project indicators and targets while maintaining quality standards.
  • Aid in developing data management and oversight processes.
  • Perform administrative duties, manage program or office documentation, and coordinate with IRD and external vendors for timely deliverables.
  • Collaborate on project related implementation research, data analysis, development of publications and proposals
  • Assist in grant writing and preparing proposals.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders in the absence of the Program Manager.
  • Present program and IR-related updates to the PI and Program Manager weekly.
  • Help create presentations and communication materials for internal and external meetings and conferences.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Bachelors in social/development science or any other relevant field

Required Experience

  • 1 year of relevant work experience

  • Preliminary understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to produce well-presented reports and publications
  • Communications skills
  • Meeting deadlines, paying attention to detail(s)
