Request for Proposals – Independent Consultant for Designing Android Application

IRD Pakistan is looking for an independent consultant for the design of an android application which will use gamification to train vaccinators.

Requirements:

The Consultant must have extensive experience in the planning, design and execution of apps for e- learning.  The Consultant must also have a sound understanding of gamification principles and their application to different learning contexts.

Scope of Work:

• Help define strategy
• Offer ideas, tactics to incorporate human centered design, feedback mechanism, empathy, behavioral insights metrics into the app
• Offer insights on UI design, technology processes, and features
• Check-in on a weekly basis with the content and tech team to offer guidance, best practice sharing and support where required

How to Submit a Proposal:

Technical and financial proposals must be submitted in soft copy by Friday August 16^th.
