JOb Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for leading and supporting field activities for mCCTs awareness, serving as the key point of contact for field operations, facilitating EPI vaccination efforts, and promoting awareness of the Choti Khushi Program to enhance immunization coverage and community engagement.

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Implement field activities while adhering to the given timelines and targets.
  • Establish relationships with influencers and gatekeepers in target communities.
  • Engage with community members using effective communication and engagement techniques.
  • Coordinate with relevant government officials, stakeholders, and focal persons from collaborating organisations.
  • Timely submission of reports and other related documents to the line supervisor.
  • Collect and report data according to tools and processes set by the project team.
  • Support other activities being conducted at the district level for improving EPI.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Intermediate

Required Experience

  • 1-2 years in Public Health sector

  • Effective Communications Skills

  • Proficiency in Data Management and Validation
  • Basic Computer Literacy
