REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ)

Supply of Project Vehicles

IRD South Africa invites quotations from reputable and authorized motor vehicle suppliers/dealerships for the supply and delivery of eleven (11) new project vehicles to support the Kuyakhanya Project across KwaZulu-Natal, North West, and Gauteng provinces.

The requirement includes:

• Eight (8) new 4×4 automatic double-cab bakkies
• Three (3) new automatic seven-seater SUVs

Suppliers may submit quotations for one or both vehicle categories, subject to meeting the minimum technical and commercial requirements set out in the RFQ. Vehicle availability, delivery timelines, warranty, service support and overall value for money will form part of the evaluation.

Who should apply

We welcome submissions from:

• Authorized motor vehicle dealerships and distributors
• Established vehicle suppliers able to provide manufacturer-backed warranty and after-sales support
• Suppliers able to support delivery and servicing requirements across South Africa
