Request for Proposal – Independent Monitoring Firm for School-based Deworming

IRD Pakistan is looking for an independent monitoring firm to undertake the Process
Monitoring and Coverage Evaluation of School-Based Deworming in 16 districts of
Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

Requirements
The firm should have the competence and experience to conduct large-scale data collection
on public health programs while implementing robust data quality checks.
The firm must have also possess prior experience of working in KP and demonstrate
experience in coordinating with health and education authorities and ministries.

Scope of work

• Monitoring the training of teachers – Teacher Training (TT)
• Observe deworming as it happens on the deworming day (MDA)
• Conduct a post-deworming day Coverage Evaluation Survey

How to submit a proposal
Technical and Financial proposals (sealed) and soft copy of technical proposal (only) must
be submitted in English by Tuesday August 20, 2019 at 12 PM.
