JOb Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for conducting site visits and monitoring COVID-19 response activities through attending key activities such as developing field trainings, pre and post assessments, developing beneficiaries list, maintain logistics distribution and inventory, field implementation and troubleshooting with field team management. He/She will be required to develop tracking sheet and deliverable reports and submit them to the line-manager on a weekly basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assisting in monitoring field implementation of the project.
  • Assisting and ensuring timely data collection from field staff.
  • Actively participate in organizing the field staff training's.
  • Train field staff for relevant items.
  • Developing track sheets and reviewing the data collected daily, identify gaps and follow-up to fill the gaps.
  • Ensuring that data is timely documented in the agreed electronic format.
  • Active coordination and communication between field team and program team.
  • Producing monitoring reports of all key activities on a regular basis and submitting them to the project manager.
  • Spot checking for program quality assurance and stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Any task assigned by the line-manager.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES (KSA)

Required Qualification

  • Minimum Bachelor's.

Required Experience

  • 2-3 years of relevant field experience.
